Another place is the USS Arizona Memorial. There you go see the remains of the USS Arizona's mid-section of the sunken battleship. This ship was sunken in the Pearl Harbor attack.I thought it was pretty cool.
I love this next one! It is Haleakala National Park. There you would go and see the pretty scenery there. It preserves the volcanic area of Maui. It is lined by waterfalls and freshwater pools.
The next one is awesome!! The name of this area is called Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve. Here the bay has been through drastic changes. It has been damaged by years of excessive use and neglect.
This next one is a state monument called the Diamond Head State Monument. It has been Hawaii's most famous landmark. There you can dig for diamonds. Diamonds are very valuable. So that is one of the
Also, this next one is very exotic. This one is called Puuhonua o Honaunau National Historic Park. It is located on the Big Island. You can see archaeological sites and reconstructions of the "Place of Refuge." This was once a royal home. Some things you could do here is the self guided tour, taking pictures of the many green sea turtles, tanning on the beach, and playing a game of kônane.
This next place is so spectacular. You got to see the Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge. There you got to go discover Hawaii's wildlife as you explore the refuge, such as the Pacific golden plover, Laysan albatross, and Hawaii's State Bird (the nene). Just off shore you might glimpse humpback whales (in winter months), Hawaiian monk seals, and spinner dolphins. These animals are native to Hawaii. We discovered an unknown bird and we named it The Flying Worm. You have to have good sight to see this bird.
Another awesome spot is The Panaewa Rain forest Zoo, located on the Big Island. The Panaewa Rain forest Zoo is also considered a botanical garden covered with orchids, bamboos, 100 varieties of palms, and a water garden. The Panaewa Zoo, about 4 miles from Hilo. Must-do's are: go to the petting zoo the white Bengal tiger fed daily, and the gift shop. The next stop is the Waimea Arboretum and Botannical Garden. Some things you must do are follow the sunlit paths, explore the gardens, and visit the crystal clear pool below Waihi Falls. Also, you might want to
